Collaborator is anyone with a Login to Tabillo. There are two types of collaborators – Internal & External. You decide who is invited to your workspace or apps and whether they should be set as Internal or External. Internal collaborators are typically your employees but it is not a requirement.

Yes, to safeguard credit card information, Tabillo integrates with a service provided by Chargify. Chargify encrypts all stored credit card numbers and uses restrictive firewalls to protect stored data. There is a use of 256 bit SSL certificates to encrypt data transferred between you and the Services

Yes. If you ever decide that Tabillo is not the right solution for your business, simply cancel your account by emailing us at support@tabillo.com. Not applicable to Private Cloud or On-Premise installations.
